TIM CHETWOOD

Tim is a founder partner and has been working in Camberley since 1980, specialising in the following:

Residential and commercial building surveys (formerly known as structural surveys).

Homebuyer surveys and valuations.

Valuations of residential properties for probate and matrimonial purposes.

Assessment of rebuilding costs for insurance purposes.

NEIL ALLEN

Neil joined the practice in 1997 and became a partner in 1999.  He is a chartered building surveyor having qualified in 1990 and provides professional advice to mainly commercial clients, private schools, nursing homes and Local Authorities.  His specific areas of expertise are:

Pre-acquisition surveys of commercial property, including offices, industrial and retail.
>
Contract Administration, taking refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
>
Preparation of Schedules of Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition.
>
Preparation of Maintenance Plans.
>
Project Monitoring.
>
Acting as CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
>
Planning advice for residential infill development.
>
Expert witness and defect diagnosis reports.

CHRIS DORRELL

Chris joined the practice in 1999 and became a partner in 2001.  He currently provides Building Surveying advice to commercial clients, private schools, housing associations and Local Authorities in the following aspects of surveying

>
Pre-acquisition surveys of commercial property, including offices, industrial and retail.
>
Contract Administration, taking refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
>
Preparation of Schedules of Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition.
>
Preparation of Maintenance Plans
